- For information, reservation, and booking request use contact form provide to send us message, to avoid miss understood about your inquiries, and at least 24 hours prior to departure. Or at the last minutes based on space availability.
- Payment is cash payment and by transfer bank account.
- Cancellations are always unfortunate, but late cancellation hurt our business because we cannot recoup lost revenue form tours we would otherwise have had. Therefore, we must charge 100% cancellation fee if you cancel the day of or the day before your tours. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
